SERVICE DEPARTMENT -- Our Chrysler and General Motors service department is open weekdays Monday through Friday, as well as Saturday mornings, for your convenience. Free shuttle service is available to locations in our local area Monday through Friday. We have manufacturer-certified technicians for high quality workmanship, and each visit is finished with a complimentary car wash.
PARTS DEPARTMENT -- Out parts department offers you the opportunity to purchase parts and accessories for all General Motors and Chrysler makes and models, not just the ones that you purchased from us. Parts and accessories for other makes and models may also be available. Parts department hours run in conjunction with the service department

Poulin Auto Country has been in business in Rochester since 1976. Started by our owner, Dick Poulin, it has become a family affair, with sons Ron and Brian now in the business. There are a few times that you won't see a "Poulin in the house", as both Ron and Brian are very much active in the everyday operations. Dealers in the area have come and gone over the years, but the Poulin name has remained consistent. The Poulins believe that having their name on the building holds everyone to higher standards.
